The UK's longest running retro games expo - PLAY Expo Blackpool - is taking place on 5th and 6th October 2024 at the Norbreck Castle Exhibition centre.

Our event partner for 2024 is retro book publishers Bitmap Books. You will be able to check out and purchase any of their literary catalogue in the Bitmap Books Library with show exclusive pricing too!
We have recently invested in new arcade cabs and gaming equipment so you can expect to see lots of machines never seen at gaming expos before - we'll be revealing news of these over the coming months.
We've already been busy lining up some great guests and features for you - guests already confirmed include legendary Q*Bert creator Warren Davis who will be flying in from the US to join us. Also confirmed is Roland Perry, the technical guru behind the Amstrad CPC Home Computer which turned 40 years old earlier this year!
Of course all the regular features will be there too - our awesome stage show, gaming tournaments, pinball, tabletop gaming, LAN gaming, massive dedicated trader hall and hundreds of retro consoles, computers and handhelds.
